LAPTOP FOR ALL – 2021

P.K.M. College of Education, Madampam in association with Share your Spare Movement and Next Generation Teacher @PKM launched “LAPTOP FOR ALL – 2021” project on 31st July 2021. In order to make the teaching learning process at ease during the covid pandemic, laptops and smart phone were given to those students of P.K.M College who suffer financial difficulties.
The idea of ‘laptop for all’ project was initiated by physical science alumni batch 2018-20. The 2018-20 physical science contributed an amount of ₹9400/- and the student teachers of batch 2019-21 collected an amount of ₹44290/-. 1998-99 batch took the initiative to find the benefactors for the project. The gadgets were donated by some Non-Residential Indians and by the alumni batch of 2019-21. 6 HP i3 Laptops were allotted to the needy student teachers during their course period and collected back to continue the project in the next batch.
