On July 27, 2024, the NSS Unit 87, in association with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), organized a workshop titled “Connecting Breath and Body: A Yoga Immersion” at the college auditorium. The workshop, held from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, featured Vaishak K as the resource person.
The workshop was structured into two main sessions:
Theory Session (10:00 AM – 11:15 AM): This session provided an in-depth understanding of the principles of yoga and the importance of synchronizing breath with body movements.
Practical Session (11:30 AM – 1:00 PM): Participants engaged in practical exercises and yoga techniques, applying the concepts discussed during the theory session.
The event was well-received, with participants gaining valuable insights and practical experience in yoga practices.
The workshop successfully provided participants with valuable insights into yoga principles, practical skills, and methods for incorporating yoga into their daily lives. It fostered a supportive community and enhanced the physical and mental well-being of all attendees.
