AEROBICS TRAINING PROGRAM

As part of the Anti-Drugs Campaign of P.K.M. College of Education, an Aerobics Training Program was conducted on 19th August 2025 at 10.00 am, in association with the Department of Physical Education, NSS, IQAC, and the Health & Fitness Club. The program began with a welcome address by Student Teacher Jithin Simon. Dr. Sinoj Joseph, NSS Coordinator and Head of the Department of Physical Education, delivered the presidential address. The training program was inaugurated by Dr. Veena Appukuttan, Associate Professor in Social Science and IQAC Coordinator. Mrs. Deepa John, Librarian, offered felicitations. The one-hour inaugural session concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Student Coordinator Anna Christa. The training was conducted by Mr. Sreejith K., an International Zumba Instructor. The program aimed at enhancing the physical and mental well-being of students and teachers, promoting healthy and active lifestyles amidst the busy demands of daily life. In the concluding session, the trainer also explained the theoretical aspects of aerobics.
