Course Initiation Ceremony : 2025-2027 Batch

P.K.M. College of Education, Madampam, conducted the Course Initiation Ceremony for the 2025–2027 batch on 13 August 2025 at 2:30 p.m. in the college auditorium. The college Vice Principal, Dr. Prasanth Mathew, delivered the welcome address. The college Principal, Dr. Jessy N.C., presided over the function. The ceremony was inaugurated by His Excellency Mar Joseph Pandarasseril, Auxiliary Bishop of the Diocese of Kottayam and the Manager of the college. In his address, the Bishop enlightened the teacher trainees on the qualities teachers should embody in the era of artificial intelligence. As a symbolic gesture of imparting knowledge, the teachers lit their candles from the Bishop’s candle, and then the teachers passed the light on to the students. Following this, the College Bursar and Local Manager, Rev. Fr. Saji Methanath, delivered the blessing message. PTA President Mr. T.M. Joseph conveyed his greetings and the programme concluded with the vote of thanks proposed by Staff Coordinator Jomol Jose.
