Kalika Arts Fest – 2026

Arts Day 2026, titled “Kalika,” was celebrated with great zeal and enthusiasm at P.K.M. College of Education, Madampam, Kannur, on 29th January 2026. The programme, organized by the Samhathi College Union, was held at the College Auditorium. The inaugural ceremony commenced at 9:30 a.m., marking the beginning of a vibrant cultural extravaganza. The Arts Day featured a wide range of stage and group events that showcased the artistic talents and creativity of the students. The stage events included Light Music, Recitation in Malayalam, English, and Hindi, Speech in Malayalam and English, and Mono Act. Group events such as Thiruvathira and Folk Song added traditional charm and cultural richness to the celebration. Students participated enthusiastically in all events, demonstrating confidence, cultural awareness, and artistic excellence. Their performances were highly appreciated by the audience and judges alike. The programme provided an excellent platform for students to express their talents while promoting unity, cultural values, and aesthetic appreciation. The Arts Day celebration was a grand success, leaving lasting memories among students and faculty. It played a significant role in fostering creativity, cultural harmony, and the holistic development of future teachers.
