Legendre Quiz

On October 1st 2024, the mathematics students came together to celebrate the birthday of Adrien-Marie Legendre, a French mathematician renowned for his groundbreaking contributions to number theory, algebra, and geometry.
The celebrations were conducted in the mathematics class room on October 1st 2024 at 1.30pm.
Associate professor in Mathematics, Dr Sholy Joseph K was the Chairman of the function. Ms Preethika O offered welcome speech and Roshna C gave felicitations.
Mr Amin Mathew was the quiz master. A mathematical puzzle competition was organized, with problems inspired by Legendre’s work.
Ms Krishnapriya got second prize and Ms Roshna got first prize. Mr Akshay Siby offered vote of thanks.
