‘Navakam 2025’ – Kerala Piravi Day and Malayalam Language Week Celebration

The ‘Samhathi’ College Union and ‘Palama’ Malayalam Association of P.K.M. College of Education, Madampam, jointly organized the Kerala Piravi Day Celebration and Malayalam Language Week observance titled “Navakam – 2025”. The programme was held in the college auditorium under the chairmanship of Principal Dr. Jessy N. C. The event was inaugurated by Dr. K. V. Philomina Teacher, Chairperson of Sreekandapuram Municipality. Student representative Adithya P. T. delivered the welcome address. The Administrative Language Pledge was recited by all, led by the Principal. Following this, Dr. Veena Appukuttan, IQAC Coordinator; Mrs. Sajna C. K., Assistant Professor in Malayalam; and Arun K., Union Chairperson, offered felicitations. Sreelakshmi T. proposed the vote of thanks. The function was followed by a variety of cultural performances by students in connection with ‘Kerala Piravi Day celebrations.’
