‘Odyssey’ Workshop on Understanding the Self Held at PKM College of Education

Madampam, Feb 21, 2025–PKM College of Education successfully conducted a three-day workshop, Odyssey, from February 19 to 21, 2025, under the EPC programme Understanding the Self. The event focused on self-exploration and personal growth through nature, meditation, and creative activities.

The first day, Tranquil Trails, saw students embark on a nature walk through Madampam, collecting bamboo, plants, and other natural elements. On the second day, Essence, participants engaged in meditation and music therapy sessions at the college auditorium, fostering inner peace and mindfulness. The final day, Amity, promoted harmony through peace art, a greening campus initiative, and a fun fruit salad-making activity.

The workshop was well-received, providing students with a unique opportunity to connect with nature, enhance self-awareness, and build a sense of community.
