NSS CAMP :- DAY-04-AAROHAN-2025 – 2026

The fourth day of the NSS Special Camp began with a morning assembly at 6.00 a.m. at the camp site, followed by a newspaper presentation by Ms. Sajitha, Assistant Professor, PKM College of Education, and physical exercises and group games led by Midhun, NSS volunteer. As part of NSS Unit (87) “Aarohan”, the volunteers visited Government Lower Primary School, Chamakkal, under the Manasa Gramam programme. The programme was inaugurated by Mr. James Thuruthel, Ward Member (8th Ward), Payyavoor Grama Panchayath, following a welcome address by Malavika S. Thamban, NSS volunteer. The volunteers later conducted a digital survey in Chamakkal village, collecting data from around 40 households on the use of digital technology. In the evening, the volunteers visited Kunjiparamba Cave, Kannur, gaining insight into its historical and natural significance. The day concluded with an evaluation meeting, reviewing the activities of the day.
