The new RUSA building was inaugurated at PKM College, Madambam

The inauguration of the new building, renovation works, and purchase of advanced equipment at PKM B Ed College with the money received from the RUSA project was done by Kerala Higher Education Minister Dr. R. Bindu online. As part of the Rusa Phase 2 project, the college received Rs 2 crore for building construction, renovation, and purchase. Irikur MLA, Mr. Sajeev Joseph, presided over the function. He unveiled the project completion plaque. College Manager Mar Joseph Pandarasser participated and spoke online. Srikandapuram Municipal Chairperson Dr. KV Philomena delivered the keynote address, and Pro Manager Fr. Joy Kattiankal delivered the blessing speech. Project Board of Governors member Mr. Benoy K. gave felicitations. Rusa Coordinator Dr. Prashant Mathew proposed a welcome, and college principal Dr. Jessy N. C. gave a vote of thanks. Kannur district Nirmithi Kendra supervised the construction work. Under the Rusa 2.0 scheme, only a few teacher education institutes in Kerala with an A grade in NAAC accreditation were sanctioned funds.
