Faculty Empowerment Programme at BCM College, Kottayam

As a part of Staff Empowerment Initiative college management organised a workshop at BCM College, Kottayam involving all colleges of the same management. The meeting discussed about Institution Development Plan of each college. Principals of each college presented the prospective IDP and held discussions on it. There was training programme for the administrative staffs of each college. It gave the provisions to clarify their doubts regarding administrative matters. In the afternoon a panel discussion was held on the topic Faculty Research Initiatives. It discussed ways to promote research among faculty members. After that IQAC Co-Ordinators of each college presented the action plan of IQAC for the coming years. Workshop came to an end at 06:00 PM.
