National Constitution Day Celebration

National constitution day was celebrated in PKM COLLEGE OF EDUCATION in association with NSS unit 87 on 26th November 2024. Welcome speech was done by college NSS programme officer Dr.Fr. Sinoj Joseph. The programme was inaugurated by Dr. Geetha Gopinath HOD Department of Education NIT Calicut by displaying preamble on notice board in the presence of college principal Dr. Jessy N.C, IQAC coordinator Dr. Veena Appukuttan and vice principal Dr. Prasanth Mathew. The felicitation speech was done by Dr.T.M Joseph ,formal principal of Nirmala college Muvattupuzha and governing body member of PKM college of education. He highlighted that the constitution was adopted on 26th November 1949 and came in to act in 1950 January 26th. He also explained the structure, key components and amendments of the constitution.
