World AIDS Day Awareness Programme

An awareness programme was conducted at the college on 2nd December 2024 on the background of World AIDS day. The programme which was organised by IQAC and the Department of Social Science began at 9:30 AM at the General classroom. The resource person for this programme was Ms. Jomol Jose, Assistant Professor in the Department of Natural Science. Mathew S. Francis delivered the welcome speech and felicitation was expressed by student representative Malavika. Thereafter Ms. Jomol Jose handled the awareness talk, shedding light on the significance and impact of AIDS on individuals and communities. She also debunked the common myths and misconceptions surrounding the disease. Concluding the programme, the vote of thanks was offered by Nidhi S.
