State and Union Budget Analysis

The student teachers of 2024-26 Social Science batch conducted a comprehensive analysis of the Union and State budgets on 13th March 2025 at 1:30 pm. The programme was held at the Social Science classroom. The session commenced with a warm welcome speech by Sangeetha. Following this, Sudhina delivered the felicitation address.
Anaswara then presented a detailed analysis of the Union Budget, beginning with a brief look at the meaning of budget and how it is important for our country. She highlighted the key allocations, policy changes, and potential impacts. This was followed by an analysis of the changes in the present budget compared to the last one by Sangeetha. The final part of the analysis was handled by Mathew, providing insights into the priorities and financial strategies of the Kerala state budget. This session allowed students to gain a deeper understanding of budget and its implications at both the national and state levels.
