Internship Blessing Ceremony – “TEJAS”

P.K.M. College of Education, Madampam organized an Internship Blessing ceremony titled “Tejas” for the 2024–2026 batch of students who are preparing to commence their school internship programme. The event was held on 1st July 2025 at 2:00 P.M. in the college auditorium. IQAC Coordinator, Dr. Veena Appukuttan extended a warm welcome to all at the ceremony. The ceremony was inaugurated by the Vice Principal, Dr. Prasanth Mathew. In his inaugural address, he spoke about the importance of the school internship and the responsibilities of the students. Mrs. Jomol Jose, Head of the Department of Natural Science and the Internship Staff Coordinator, provided essential guidelines to the students regarding their responsibilities and conduct during the internship period. Following this, Mrs. Mariza Markose, an alumna of the college and currently a teacher at Sacred Heart Higher Secondary School, Payyavoor, delivered an inspiring talk to motivate the interns. All the faculty members extended their heartfelt blessings and best wishes to the students. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by student representative Ms. Asha Mary Jose.
