NATIONAL SPORTS DAY CELEBRATION – 2025

PKM College of Education, Madampam observed 8th of September 2025 as National Sports Day. The program inaugurated at 11.am by Principal Dr.Jessy N.C at Multipurpose Hall.In the inaugural session Principal emphasized on the importance of Sports Day Celebration in relations with the Indian Legendry in Hockey, Major Dhyan Chand for 2025–27 batch students. The event was also organized as a part of the Anti-Drug Campaign, in association with NSS & IQAC of the college. As the part of celebration, Dr.Fr.Sinoj Joseph, Assistant professor of Physical Education, conducted various indoor games, including:

• Chess competition
• Carroms tournament
• Table tennis practice sessions
  

The events served as a wonderful opportunity for the students to showcase their sporting talents, and it also promoted the spirit of teamwork. The celebration concluded at 3.30 pm with the cricket match at College ground.
