National Recognition for P.K.M. College of Education – Ministers’ Award for Excellence 2025 Celebration

At the national-level programme “Excellentia 2025”, which recognized outstanding higher education institutions across Kerala, P.K.M. College of Education, Madampam, received the prestigious Ministers’ Award for Excellence. The award was presented by the Hon. Minister for Higher Education, Dr. R. Bindu, to the College Vice Principal, Dr. Prasanth Mathew, at the function held on 15th September 2025 at Tagore Theatre, Thiruvananthapuram. The recognition was based on the College’s remarkable achievements, including securing an ‘A’ Grade in the 3rd Cycle of NAAC Accreditation and attaining the 3rd Rank in Kerala Institutional Ranking Framework (KIRF) for Teacher Education Institutions – 2024. Excellentia 2025 was organized by the State Level Quality Assurance Cell-Kerala (SLQAC Kerala) for the Department of Higher Education, Government of Kerala.
