The English Department conducted the assembly on 10th September 2025 as a mock school assembly, intended to train student teachers on how to effectively organize and present an assembly. The program began with a prayer by the group members, followed by the pledge led by Akshara S. Manohar. Deekshitha T presented the thought for the day, and Malavika Thamban delivered the news. In connection with World Suicide Prevention Day, the group staged a mime and a thematic reading, highlighting the importance of breaking the silence around mental health, listening with compassion, and extending support to those in distress. The presentation left a powerful and meaningful message for the audience. The assembly also featured a yoga session by Swathylakshmi C, after which Mr. Jithin Simon took the role of the Headmaster of the school and addressed the gathering with inspiring words. The program was anchored by Alveena Jose and concluded with the National Anthem.
