An inclusive space committed to the welfare and empowerment of students and faculty from minority communities. Our committee strives to create an environment that celebrates diversity, promotes equal opportunities, and ensures the holistic development of individuals from various religious and linguistic backgrounds. The Minority Cell is dedicated to fostering an atmosphere of inclusivity, understanding, and support for students and faculty belonging to minority communities. Our mission is to address their unique needs, promote cultural diversity, and facilitate their full participation in the academic and social life of the college.

objectives

• To provide opportunities and financial assistance to students from minority communities, ensuring that financial constraints do not hinder their access to quality education.
• To address the rights and concerns of minority students and faculty.
• To address issues and ensure that the needs of the minority community are acknowledged and met.
• To provide skill development programs and mentorship initiatives to empower all students, helping them to navigate academic challenges, career choices, and personal development.
• To organize seminars, workshops, and awareness campaigns to foster awareness on issues relevant to minority communities.
• To eliminate stereotypes, promote understanding, and create a more inclusive college environment.
• To embrace the richness of diversity and to ensure that every member of our community, regardless of their background, feels respected, valued, and empowered.
