Tourism Club

Tourism is a growing sector. Tourism is important in education. PKM College of Education attaches great importance to the Tourism Club as a teacher education institution. Therefore, many activities are carried out in front of the club. Tourism day is celebrated every year. The Tourism Club is headed by Sister Mini Mol George, Head of the Malayalam Section and Tourism Club Staff Coordinator (P.K.M College of Education). Through the words of the teacher, Tourism Day is being celebrated all over the world. We all have a heart to enjoy the rhythm and beauty of nature. Before every event, executive meetings are held and various ideas are arrived at and they end up as great events, said Kannur Tourism Department Deputy Director Shin. K. S was inaugurated. Different types of documentaries, magazines etc. are conducted under the leadership of the club. The documentary "My country and journeys" has become a different experience. In collaboration with Kannur tourism department, various travel camps and trips are conducted every year. The photo contest was well attended by the children. Various seminars, introduction to travel literature and various trips were conducted under the leadership of the club. Home, environment, our journeys begin there, across times, across lands, and experiences in our hearts. That's why the travel creates a universe in the mind with the sights that are seen through them and the tourism club moves forward by holding on to them.
