PKM College of education has mentoring over the years. It functions well with definite objectives.

Objectives

• The Teaching Skill Development: Enhancing teaching skills and knowledge relevant to the mentee's professional and personal growth.
• Career Guidance: Providing guidance on career choices, goal-setting, and strategies for professional development.
• Knowledge Transfer: Sharing experience, insights, and practical wisdom to accelerate the mentee's learning curve.
• Networking: Facilitating connections and introductions within professional circles to expand the student teachers network.
• Personal Growth: Supporting student teachers in building confidence, resilience, and self-awareness.
• Leadership Development: Fostering leadership qualities and helping teacher trainees navigate challenges in their roles.

Feedback and Reflection also will be given to mentees. These constructive feedback and reflective practices will improve the student teachers performance. Assisting in achieving a healthy balance between professional and personal life. Thus mentoring Promotes diversity and inclusion by providing guidance to underrepresented individuals. These objectives collectively contribute to the overall growth and success of both the mentor and mentee.
