Institutional Innovation Committee

The Institutional Innovation Committee at PKM College of Education is a dynamic and forward-thinking team dedicated to fostering creativity, efficiency, and progress within the institution. Comprising visionary faculty members, administrators, and key stakeholders, the committee actively explores and implements innovative practices, technologies, and educational approaches to enhance the overall learning experience. Through collaborative efforts, the committee strives to create a vibrant academic environment that adapts to evolving educational trends and ensures a transformative educational journey for students.

Institutions Accredited by NAAC need to submit an Annual self-reviewed progress report i.e. Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) to NAAC, through its IQAC. The report is to detail the tangible results achieved in key areas, specifically identified by the IQAC at the beginning of the Academic year. College has submitted all the AQARs up to Academic year 2021-22.

• To create a vibrant local innovation ecosystem.
• Start-up supporting Mechanism in HEIs.
• Maintain quality in all aspects and prepare institute for NAAC Accreditation.
• Develop better Cognitive Ability among Student teachers and staff.
• To conduct various Innovations, IPR and entrepreneurship-related activities.
• Identify and reward innovations and share success stories.
• Organize periodic workshops/ seminars/ interactions with entrepreneurs, investors, professionals and create a mentor pool for student innovators.
• Network with peers and national entrepreneurship development organizations.
