Equal Opportunity Committee

The Committee is formed so that everyone is availed with equal opportunities for all activities. It promotes and provides chances for active participation in various events. It confirms that no students would ever suffer from negligence and deprivation. The committee takes the feedback and reviews from the side of the students and teachers and on the basis of that equal opportunities are provided to the students and thus self-respect and self-confidence are built in.

• To promote diversity and inclusive practices on the campus & provide the disadvantaged groups with adequate opportunities.
• To ensure a barrier free access to all buildings of Colleges, Departments, Libraries, Hostels and offices.
• To provide counseling for psychological support and fulfill the needs of PWDs in all categories.
• To examine all possible ways in which the SC/ ST, OBC and minority groups & PWD could be helped.
• To ensure that there is no discrimination in the University on grounds of disability or minority status.
